Shipping Policy
You can purchase your items online and we will ship them directly to your doorstep. At Luxxe republic most items have free Au Shipping. When charging for shippinh Luxxe republic will use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time at the most cost efficient price.
At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, and its price. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Shipping Policy
Flat Rate Shipping
We charge a flat rate shipping fee, meaning you can order one or as many items as you like, and you pay the same rate anywhere in Australia.
$10 Standard Delivery (Tracked) (3 - 8 Business Days)
$15 Express Delivery (1 - 5 Business Days)
$20 Express Rural/Country (2 - 5 Business Days)
Please note: Luxxe republic provides Free Delivery on many of its products and this is specified on our website.
Orders placed before 12 pm AEST on a business day are dispatched on the same day for all items with 1 – 2 days "Processing Time."
Items with more than 1 – 2 days of "Processing Time" will be sent out within the processing time frame mentioned.
Processing Time
Every item has a processing time. This does not include the delivery period when the item will reach you. The shipping time starts the day the order is dispatched and not the purchase date,
Business Days
Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.
Express Delivery.
Express delivery orders may be shipped through AusPost or other express couriers. If shipped with AusPost, express delivery is only available within the Express Post next-business-day delivery network, which covers Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, and other metro areas, excluding NT and WA. For rural and regional locations outside this network, delivery times will be longer. To verify if your area is part of the Express Post network, please follow this link.

Express Rural / Country
Express Rural/Country: While all express or rural orders are sent through an express delivery service, the delivery time may be longer compared to standard express shipping, but still faster than regular delivery. For areas near metro or CBD locations, delivery usually takes around 2-3 business days, while more remote areas can expect delivery within 5-8 business days.
Peak Season
During busy periods like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas, shipping times may fluctuate due to increased deliveries by Australia Post and our partnered couriers. Some minor delays might occur during these seasons. Once your order leaves our warehouse, any potential delays are beyond our control.
Address
Please ensure that the address details that you provide on your order are correct. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a reposting charge of $9.90 for parcels below 1kg. Parcel above 1 kilogram will be quoted separately.
